"We have no intention of being in the market for 2018. There is no possible way we'd be prepared to do that. It is clear in the absence of a significant shift in regulatory policy, risk pools will continue to deteriorate. The '18 plan will probably be business as usual, the nearest time we could have a completely new program is 1/1/19. Eighteen will be a transition year, and we look at it like that."

PatientsLikeMe revealed results from the first large-scale poll to assess patient priorities for the health care law. 46% of patients (59% of major depressive disorder patients, 45% of non-condition specific patients), and 31% of the general population feel a repeal "should not be done." The results also showed that 57% of respondents believe the ACA has been helpful to people living with chronic conditions.
